After almost a month of absence, I was finally able to play tennis—this time, Quiaps was not the only one who had all the fun. On the contrary, she got her first hand experience of the “lagare” (the saw—you know, the carpentry tool) and learned what it felt like to chase the ball left and right. *evil grin*
I only have four words to say – I STILL HAVE IT!!! ^o^
Even if I got tired more easily and was not as quick as before, I generally liked my game. The ground strokes, volleys and approach shots were all there and I didn’t completely embarrass myself as a result of the lack of practice. One thing’s for sure, though—tomorrow will be painful.
