Just when I told the virtual people in cyberspace that I will not buy another book until I finished my pending ones, I bought one.Well, technically, it’s a graphic novel—my first Pinoy graphic novel. I never saw the movie version but I heard the theatrical version was good. I’m not gonna make a complete review of it but it has it’s funny
moments. If you want a quick stress reliever, this is it. I also think it’s pretty cheap for it’s price—I mean, considering the effort of story writing and art. And it has these extra colored pages, here’s a sample.And they are ALL men. =D

Lol, just saw that a while ago in Fully Booked. I was going to tell you about it but since you are looking into something I forgot all about it. ^^; I was going to say, it has a comic?! ^^;;
What do you mean 'it has a comic'? If you mean if it's comic-book like, yes--drawings, but a cross between western + typical pinoy komiks style. I'll show you next time--if you're a "mature reader", borrow it! LOL! Warning lang--it has gay written all over it ; )
Isn't it a comic? You were in Filipiana section. I saw that book on top of the shelf. Was going to tell you but since you are busy looking at something else, I wandered around and forgot all about it.
Ya, I know it is gay...isn't the movie like that, too? A gay's dream to become ala darna? ^^; No thanks. Not that it is gay, I'm not too fond of Western+pinoy art unless it is cute ^^;; Haha, see why I'm into manga-anime?
yup, it's a comic. Didn't see the movie, rather read it. I am curious about the play though. And yeah, its about that but he didn't really wanted to become one...it just happened--a rock fell on his rooftop while singing in the shower ^^;; hehehe, yeah, i also thought about your art preferences which made me think you may not be into this completely : )
A friend actually gave me a copy of this comic 2,3 years ago maybe? I thought it was okay. Art is not bad, but the story a bit predictable.
Yup, especially the battle against the amazon womyn--the verbal gayness exchanges in the first part were the ones i found amusing (i'm not even sure now if that is even politically correct)
